[War and Order] Timed Attack

Create a Timed Attack action that can execute an attack using a preset, timed so that the attack arrives at exactly the configured time. (Not departs at that time.) It must take into account the march time with the preset selected. This is meant to allow a number of simultaneous accounts to collectively assault a target. (Up to the number of simultaneous active sessions you define in the profile)
