[Last War: Survival Game] Separate Building Upgrades and Complete Upgrade

Please add a secondary action for COMPLETING a building upgrade. The "Upgrade Buildings" action is wonderfully useful, but it should not automatically complete the upgrade when it is finished. There should be a secondary action that can be run at other times for completing these upgrades.
