Yes, we are currently working on the time and date settings for all games now. Expect that update in the coming days. You can track that status on the Work Hours and Days Community post.
Please add descriptive text in the UI to indicate wether it's game time or local machine time that is being used for this.
It's always local time. You can follow this guide to convert local time to server time or whatever you need.
