The first way is how it is usually done. You add 1 instance per account that you have.
Some games offer "slots" to be used like in your screenshot where you can have multiple under the same gmail account. However this is not the case for Last Shelter Survival.
You will need to create one emulator for each of your game accounts, so one instance for each game account. The bot will not switch between your IM30 accounts.
