can't unbind my license key

i clicked unbind my license key on previous mahine and clicked use on new but it's not working and giving error.

Please ensure you are typing it correctly and that your anti virus / firewall / windows defender is not blocking the connection to the auth server on your new machine.

If it continues to happen, Please create a ticket and provide your license key. We will be happy to assist.
