Acknowedge a ticket is open?

I've tried to open a support ticket several times. It submits, but I don;t get an acknowledgement nor any action.

Anyone know how you get a response to an issue?

Responses are sent to your email you used when you created the ticket. You can view the replies and reply directly via email to continue to the conversation.

Your ticket was answered within 24 hours as shown below.
