How can I send / transfer the resources from my farm accounts to my main account?

This is a game-specific question, so without identifying your game, we couldn't possibly answer you. Common answers include: 1) use in-game trading, if it exists, or 2) attack your farm with your main, and take the stuff via war.

What Joseph explained above is correct. You can move the resources from your farms to your main either through the transfer option/ally trade, depending on game, or by attacking the accounts.

Is there a way to setup a command option that will trigger a transfer? Example in Lords Mobile if I want to have bot send rss to a guild member I can put something like !Admin 100m food UrNiteMare
