Restart Your Device
The first thing to always try when you run into any kind of issues or trouble with your bot is to Restart your PC / Server. At the Bot Server use the yellow Restart button at the Server Desktop. If the issue remains, please continue with other troubleshooting steps.
LDPlayer & Game Language Not In English
The Bot require that the language in both the game and the Emulator is set to English. All the Functions of the Bot depend on it. The bot only speak english!
The way to ensure that you get Emulator to English is at installation. When you download it, make sure to do it as an administrator, by right click on the file and choose Run as administrator.
If your language is still not in English even though following these steps can you also adjust the language inside the emulator.
Wrong LDPlayer Version
The Bot require a specific LDPlayer version to function correctly. If you have updated to the latest version of LDPlayer will you get an error named ld.exe as in the screenshot here:
The solution is to reinstall our recommended LDPlayer version from this guide.
Wrong Emulator Settings
The settings at the Account Menu can be adjusted by running the Health Check.
Issue with logging in with your google account
If you have issues with switching to your own google accounts try these steps
Step 1: Open the emulator and click System Apps.
Step 2: Find and click on Play Store.
Step 3: Find and click on the three dots in top right corner to open the options menu.
Step 4: Find and click on the Settings button in the opened menu.
Step 5: Click on the arrow to the right of the About button and click Update Play Store. Use the back arrow to go back to previous page.
Step 6: Find and click on the Updates button in the opened menu.
Step 7: Find and click on the Update button at the google options available to select from.
Step 8: Now you can switch to you own game account again.
Disable Windows Defender & Anti-Virus
The most common trouble is that you have issues with Windows Defender and Anti-Virus. The Windows Defender is automatically activated back after for example a PC restart. The best way to solve the issue is to completely Disable Windows Defender and uninstall your Anti-Virus.
The reason why the Bot and the Anti-Virus isn’t compatible is because the Bot uses Auto Functions, meaning that the Bot performs actions without the computers mouse or keyboard being active. This is the whole point of having the Bot, that it should be able to perform actions without us, so the Bot is playing the game for us.
Some Anti-Viruses see Auto Functions on a computer as a threat and will therefore stop the Bots actions. The reason for this is that there are for example Trojans that are real threats to your computer that use similar techniques with Auto Functions in harmful purposes. The software we provide is 100 % safe. Due to using the Auto Functions will you maybe need to disable the Anti-Virus, Windows Defender and your Firewall to be able to download and run the Bot correctly.
The security of our users is our top priority along with providing the best Bot possible. We have therefore had our software tested independently by several security analysts, all for the safety of our users. The analysts have found the software completely safe and free from malware. If you run into trouble with your PCs security due to using the software and you don’t feel comfortable with disable it, please delete the Software.
There are some Anti-Viruses listed below that we know by experience will not allow any Auto Function software and therefore will need to be removed, since they will continue to block the Bots functions even if they are turned off.
The following Anti-Viruses is needed to completely delete and uninstall to run the Bot:
- Norton
- McAfee
- Trend Micro
- Avast
Overloading your Computer
In theory is there no limit on the number of sessions the bot can run of Emulators at once, however will your PC’s hardware resources limit it for you, cause it’s what it is capable to support that determine the actual number limit. Especially the memory size can be needed to keep an eye on.
Check your Task Manager and make sure that you are not hitting anywhere near 100 % CPU or RAM. The Task Manager is opened by using Ctrl + Shift + Esc, another way to open it is by using Ctrl + Alt + Delete, and then click Task Manager and the last way is to right-click on an empty area of your taskbar, and click Task Manager.
To overload your PC with too many Accounts At Once will cause freezing, stop errors and other problems. Start with 1 Account at Once and increase it slowly to see your PC’s ability. If your PC isn’t strong enough to run multiple Accounts At Once can you still have unlimited accounts rotating on 1 Account at Once (Rotation Mode).
Outdated Graphic Drivers and .NET Framework
Ensure that you have the latest available .NET framework.
Ensure that your Graphic Drivers are up to date.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
► HOW DO I ADD MORE FARM ACCOUNTS?
You can add unlimited farm accounts through LDMultiPlayer. Learn how here.
► HOW MANY ACCOUNTS CAN I USE?
There is no limit on the number of accounts you can use, as long as your PC's storage space is capable of supporting it. We have users running 300+ farm accounts.
There is a big difference between Accounts Running at Once (Multi-Instance Mode) and Running 1 Account in Rotation (Rotation Mode) - It's important that you understand how these work as your bot will not work if these are set incorrectly and can risk you over botting the accounts.
► WHAT IS MULTI-INSTANCE MODE?
Multi-Instance Mode are how many accounts that you want to run at once. But remember, 1 account at once can run unlimited accounts. We recommend only using 1 Account at Once (Rotation Mode) per 20 accounts that you have in the bot. Using more Accounts at Once than suggested can lead to over botting and risk flagging your accounts. Read the Botting Safely Guide for more details on that.
For example, If I had 30 accounts on my bot, I would set my accounts at once to 2. This would mean that the bot would run 2 accounts at the same time. 15 of those accounts would be on 1 Rotation, and the other 15 accounts would be on the 2nd Rotation.
► HOW MANY ACCOUNTS AT ONCE SHOULD I RUN?
Do NOT raise "Accounts At Once" past 4. Each session requires more PC resources and will freeze your system. Once again, you can run 300+ accounts with just 1 Account at once (Rotation Mode) if you like. The only reason you would need 4 Accounts At Once is if you had over 80 accounts and a high performance computer to support that many emulator instances at once.
► WHICH DIFFERENT EMULATORS CAN I USE?
Currently we support LDPlayer.
► WHY IS MY BOT NOT WORKING?
Ensure your game language is set to ENGLISH, your Account is Level 5+. Also ensure that all tutorials are completed.
► HOW CAN I SAVE PROFILES AND COPY ACTIONS?
It's possible to save different profiles and copy action settings from one account in the bot to another. Learn how here.
► CAN I LET MY BOTS RUN ONLY EVERY 8 HOURS?

► WHAT ARE THE PC VERSION DOWNLOAD REQUIREMENTS?
Our PC Version is for a Windows 7+ Computer. It will not run on a MAC. If you want to run on different devices – You will need a Bot Server
You may be able to use a virtual machine on your MAC to simulate a Windows PC. However, we do not provide instructions or support for this.
► CAN I USE MULTIPLE GNBOTS?
1 License Key = 1 PC = Multiple Sessions running Unlimited Accounts. You cannot open multiple GnBots at once. That is why we have sessions that rotate through unlimited accounts.
► WHY IS MY ANTI-VIRUS DELETING FILES?
These are Auto Function Bot’s that performs automatic movements without the users actions. (When the bot is playing for you without you actually moving the mouse: Auto Attack, Auto Collect etc.)
Some anti-viruses detect Auto Function software as potentially malicious as trojans often use similar technology for harmful purposes. This software is safe, however you may need to disable your anti virus / firewall / internet security to download and run the software correctly.
We take the security of our users very seriously. This software has been independently tested by several security analysts and found to be completely safe and malware free. If your security finds it malicious and you do not feel comfortable with steps listed above, please delete the software.

A Bot Server is essentially an online computer that you can manage from anywhere. It is faster than most PC's and does not require that you have a computer.

You can login to it with any device, including your mobile phone. Everything is already preinstalled and working correctly. You will just need to connect to the Bot Server with your Login provided after checkout, enter your farm accounts in the bot, and click start. Learn more here.

You will receive a Username / IP / Password via email within 12 hours of payment. Once you have the login information, connect using one of these methods.

► HOW DO I UNBIND MY KEY?
If your PC Crashed, you reformatted or simply need to move your license key – You can unbind your license key once per day inside the Bot under Settings - Licenses.
► CAN I USE MY KEY ON MULTIPLE COMPUTERS?
Each license key is bound to 1 PC. You will need to click the “Unbind” button in the software if you wish to switch the license key to a different PC. Since the license key is only bound to your PC, you can use unlimited game accounts with each license key.
► CAN I PAUSE MY LICENSE KEY?
License keys cannot be paused or stopped once they have been registered in the software. They are on a timer system and simply run for the full purchased time.
► WHY DOES MY KEY EXPIRE BEFORE MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS?
Your license key time doesn’t start until you register it in the software. When activated, it will run for 30 days before it expires. Your subscription will renew on a “true month” basis. For these reasons, your times may not sync well.
► CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY LICENSE KEY?

► HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can always and easily cancel your subscription from My Account > Subscription
